About PPR Horse Boarding

Meet Wendy Kohl, PPR Owner

Wendy’s experience with horses and dogs started before she could walk. She grew up with horses all her life and they’ve been a central part of it. (See photo.)

Because of her love of Border Collies Wendy also raises registered Red & White and Black & White Border Collie dogs.

Wendy’s ultimate goal is to allow other people to share her lifelong experience with horses in a safe manner and environment, regardless of their situation. Everybody, horse and human, happy and healthy!

PPR Horse Boarding’s Founding Principles

  1. To have a high quality facility with the best possible care, where someone can board their horse without worry.
  2. To have an affordable facility allowing others a chance to have the love of their life, in their lives.

In 1994 PPR Horse Boarding opened at its current location of 11106 Island Avenue.

PPR Horse Boarding is a dedicated full or partial care facility only available to our horse boarding clients. Services also include overnight and wintering.
We do all of the feeding and use only high quality grass and alfalfa mix hay. If there are any vitamins or minerals that you want fed, please furnish and we'll feed them.

Local Riding Trails Too

Lots of local trails nearby.

PPR Horse Boarding is about 15 minutes from the trail head at MERA and 45 minutes from the trail head at Moss Springs.
We're also less than 3 miles away from EOU!
